Let me ask you a blunt question: Do you hate your body?
A lot of women hate their bodies. This is a real thing. So why should we just sweep it under the rug?
I’m on a mission to change that, by empowering women emotionally, mentally and physically in their bodies. We’re talking about transformation from the inside out that goes the distance.
I’ve been in that place where I’ve felt neglected and shameful about the way I felt, looked, and just the way I existed in my life.
I know I’m far from perfect. I still criticize my flaws.

The “problem” is, you’re DONE with diets. In fact, you’ve probably “done” all of the diets and none of them have worked long term.
That can feel like failure.
